WHAT YEMASH WAS MISSING: TATIANA VASSEL
When I met Tatiana Vassel, I connected with her in an abundance of ways. She was the most honest, yet kind, person I’d ever met. One of the next things I learned about her was that she was an aspiring author. She talked to me about her love for Sister Souljah and how she was inspired by urban literature. Being a book lover myself, living in a world that felt like it was forgetting about books, I loved the passion that Tati had to write. Over the years, we’d share pieces of work with one another, and I believe that a lot of our love for one another is anchored in that bond.

After really thinking about it, I decided that Tati is exactly what YeMash needs. My constant goal for the blog specifically, and everything that YeMash puts out is Truth. I want to start truthful conversations about Women and people who are like a lot of us. Tati is the perfect person to lend a hand in that. At this moment, I raise my teacup (pretending it’s a champagne flute) and toast to an everlasting connection between Tatiana Vassel and myself, and this brand new connection between Tatiana Vassel and YeMash.
